I've been staying pretty busy here, and trying to make 2012 a positive and productive year for me. Last year I went through some of the worst experiences of my life, but I was fortunate enough to be invited back to shoot with the lovely people of BA, which made my end of the year an exciting one ;) Now, my first feature film is in the BA store

Currently I'm working on booking some feature dancing gigs, which is what my goal was since the day I began dancing :) there's also a great possibility I'll be travelling to Florida very soon to venture out into other areas (companies) of the adult world, and with a NEW NAME too! So in a way you could say Miss Genocide is exclusive to Burning Angel!
Ohhh, and I don't think I told you guys, I landed a graphic design internship with one of the largest concert production companies here in Austin. They're responsible for Fun Fun Fun Fest, a portion of SXSW and numerous badass shows all throughout the year! My first assignment they gave me was to design a poster for The Adicts, which I was totally stoked on because I adore them! Here's some of my recent designs they're spreading around town:

When I saw them posted at some of the venues around town I felt all warm and fuzzy <3 I also get in free to any shows I want, and I think they might pay me for my work soon! With South by Southwest coming up, I'm sure I'll have a lot more responsibility, and working with this company is a great foot in the door for my band!
I've still been working on my clothing store, the holidays were very good to me with the volume of orders, check out this Miss Genocide shirt I have available from a collaboration with Jeff Koromi:

I love this design so much!
Anyway, here's a random photo of me from work :P I like taking pictures of my outfits:

My head is shaved on one side now, it's been that way for like a month and a half.
I tried to put these really thin, cheap jeans on that I've had forever, that seem to get weaker with every wash, and this happened:

I think they're perfect, don't you?
I've been going to a lot of hiphop shows lately :P Here's an event I did a poster for,

I also danced in a music video for these guys (Western Tink), some of the nicest dudes I've ever met. The one in the sweater is like 7 feet tall, it's crazy!

My new phone takes pretty good photos, check out my Spock pin i got a comiccon a while back, I bought soooo many Star Wars toys o__O
I had a fun, relaxing day with the hubby and took a few pictures of where we went, so here's a little taste of Austin:

The Capitol

Our famous frog/alien thing

Favorite BBQ place

Lots of legendary musicians have eaten here

I love shopping in this little corner :)
One of our famous downtown music venues (Emo's) closed, and opened a new location down the street from my house...I went to the last night of the downtown venue, it was sad, so many memories:

I'm glad I had the opportunity to play that stage before it's gone, it had always been one of my goals since I was a teenager.
Some dumb bitch wrote this on every toilet in the venue:

This is why we don't like SG :)
Here's another picture of me at work

I spent NYE with my friends and we celebrated by watching Big Freedia and now one of my favorite silly hiphop groups, Turquoise Jeep. These guys put on a GREAT live show, the youtube videos cannot be really appreciated until you see them live. They choreograph their own syncronized dance routines and it's corny and AMAZING. Of course, I got on stage and shook my ass like crazy when Big Freedia came up. I saw so many people's mouth agape, probably because they wouldn't believe that was a WHITE GIRL'S ass, or probaby because my dress kept sliding up and I was wearing seethru undies.
More random pictures:

My kitty, he was drinking my bathwater and I was drinking powerade, (drunk the night before)

Kitty didn't want to wake up!
Asphyxia at Toy Joy here in Austin

She was saying "MY ANUS IS BLEEDING!"

talking shoes/outfits for her feature dancing show at the Yellow Rose
Last kitty picture, every time I'm sad this instantly makes me feel better. Feel free to save this picture if it does the same for you, haha!

Oh no, last photo!
So, wish me luck. I have a screen test scheduled on Monday with Wilhelmina Brown...a very BIG casting agency. I don't know why they want to see me, I'm covered in tattoos, but they said they had me in mind for commercials. I'm not mainstream material, I mean I'd love to do it, I'm just afraid it will be a waste of my time walking into that office looking as strange as I do, but it's best to try or I'll always wonder WHAT IF.
Hope you all have fun at AVN/AEE, I won't be going this year like I thought I was, but I'll be having fun at this:

ciao!
